Lift Shaft Scaffolding

All our scaffolding team is Otis accredited to work in accordance to regulations and guidelines for lift shaft work. 

We work very closely with many large lift companies including Jacksons Lifts, Lift Out and Axis to name a few. 

We provide a bespoke service designed to your specifications, allowing your team access to work safely and easily within the lift shaft.

All our Scaffolding is built to TG20-21 and SG4:22 with a design drawing if necessary. 

We can provide you comfortable working platforms that are fully boarded with double handrails and toe boards that allow you safe working areas for access to brackets or guides within the shaft.

We will work along side your team and GA Drawings to create a unique scaffold perfect for the job.

More technical jobs may require us to design and build a suspended scaffold anywhere in the lift shaft, particularly useful if access is only required for the motor of an MRL lift, or to gain access under a lift that has broken down for releasing the breaks.

Our expert team is able to build these completely within the confines of the lift shaft and away from any running cables or ropes, useful if y
